บริการนี้ดำเนินการภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายว่าด้วยธุรกรรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งานได้รับการรักษาความปลอดภัยและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทางกฎหมาย

ใช้สำหรับการจองเรือและค่าบริการอื่น ๆ ซึ่งชำระเงินตามการใช้งานจริงในแต่ละครั้ง ผู้ใช้ต้องดำเนินการชำระเงินล่วงหน้าผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด เช่น บัตรเครดิต หรือวิธีการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ระบุไว้บนเว็บไซต์
Used for boat reservations and other service fees, which are charged on a per-use basis. Users are required to make advance payments through designated payment methods, such as credit cards or other options specified on the website.
2. การชำระเงินแบบรายเดือน/รายปี / Monthly/Annual Payments:

For clients subscribing to the yacht service management platform, payments are processed as follows:
Monthly Payments : Automatic deductions each month (for credit card payments).
Annual Payments : A one-time deduction for the full amount (for credit card payments).
กรณีการชำระเงินด้วยวิธีอื่น บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับการใช้งานจนกว่าจะได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงิน
For other payment methods, the company reserves the right to suspend access until payment confirmation is received.

The system has a minimum subscription term of one year. Upon the end of the subscription period, the system will send a notification to your registered email at least 35 days in advance. If payment is not completed, your account may be suspended until payment confirmation is received.
